Where sign-ups usually stall
Registration forms check several things at once, and an error at any point can stop the account being created. These are the cases we see most often.
- The OTP text does not arrive or is refused
- The form reports that an account already exists
- Your name, email or phone number is rejected
- The page reloads and clears what you typed

OTP will not arrive
Codes are sent to the number you entered, so first check it has the right country code and no missing digit. Signal, full inboxes and SMS filters on your phone can also delay delivery.
- Re-read through the mobile number on the form and correct any typo.
- Move to an area with better signal or switch off flight mode.
- Check any spam or blocked-messages folder on your phone.
- Wait for the resend timer before asking for a new code.
- Use only the most recent code, since earlier ones usually stop working.

This message appears when your phone number, email or identity details are already linked to an account. You may have registered before and forgotten, or a family member may have used a shared number.
